Vulnerability Description | Mozilla Firefox and Seamonkey are popular open source web browsers from Mozilla Foundation. An integer overflow vulnerability has been reported in Mozilla products including Firefox and SeaMonkey. The vulnerability is due to an integer value used to store the names and values of plugin parameter elements could overflow, resulting in memory corruption and potentially allowing for arbitrary code execution. A remote attacker could exploit this issue by enticing target users to visit a crafted web page. Successful exploitation would result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the logged on user. |
