Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A memory corruption vulnerability has been reported in Adobe Flash Player. The vulnerability is due to an error in the application when processing GSUB data within CFF DefineFont4 tags in SWF files. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by enticing an unsuspecting victim to open a web page containing specially crafted SWF files. A Successful exploitation attempt will cause the application to crash or enable an attacker to execute code on an affected system. |
This protection will detect and block attempts to transfer malformed SWF files.
