Vulnerability Description | A code execution vulnerability has been reported in McAfee Visual Trace. The vulnerability is due to a boundary error in the NeoTraceExplorer.NeoTraceLoader ActiveX control. A remote attacker may exploit this vulnerability by passing an overly long string as argument to the "TraceTarget()" method. Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system, in the security context of the logged on user. |
