Who is Vulnerable?	Novell Privileged User Manager 2.3.1
Vulnerability Description	A policy bypass vulnerability has been reported in Novell NetIQ.
Vulnerability Details	The vulnerability is due to an access control weakness when handling specially crafted POST requests. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted request without authentication to the target server. Successful exploitation could result in command execution under the context of the SYSTEM.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

Security Gateway R75 / R71 / R70

In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Novell NetIQ Privileged User Manager Eval Policy Bypass protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
Install policy on all modules.
