Vulnerability Details | The vulnerability is due to an error in the way Windows handles specially crafted TTF files. A remote attacker can exploit this issue by enticing a target user to open a specially crafted web page or an email attachment. Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target machine. |
This protection will detect and block attempts to transfer malicious TTF files over HTTP.
