Vulnerability Description A software downgrade vulnerability has been reported in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
Vulnerability DetailsThe vulnerability is due to improper validation of the vpndownloader version. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by enticing a user to visit a specially crafted web page. Successful exploitation can result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the currently logged in user.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client Software Downgrade Code Execution protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
