Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A remote code execution vulnerability has been reported in the DirectPlay component of the DirectX library on Windows. The vulnerability is due to an error in the affected ActiveX control. A remote attacker can exploit this issue by enticing an affected user to open a malicious Office document that initiates the vulnerable control. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability allows execution of arbitrary code on the target. |
