Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported in Avaya Windows Portable Device Manager (WinPDM). The vulnerability is due to a boundary error while processing specially crafted UDP requests. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a malicious UDP request to a vulnerable server. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to inject and execute arbitrary code in the security context of the running service. |
