Who is Vulnerable?	Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1 Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 Service Pack 1
Vulnerability Description	An information disclosure and elevation of privilege vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft SharePoint. The vulnerability is due to an error in the way Microsoft SharePoint handles specially crafted URLs containing malicious JavaScript elements. A remote attacker may exploit this issue by enticing a target user to open a specially crafted web page. An elevation of privilege exists in Microsoft SharePoint Server. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could allow an attacker, after obtaining sensitive system data, elevate their access to the server. An attacker may also be able to issue SharePoint commands in the context of an authenticated user.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your Security Gateway product to the latest IPS update. For information on how to update IPS, go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

Security Gateway R75 / R71 / R70

In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Microsoft SharePoint Callback Function Elevation of Privilege (MS13-024) protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
Install policy on all modules.
