Vulnerability Description | A Code Execution vulnerability has been reported in HP LeftHand Virtual SAN Appliance. |
Vulnerability Details | The vulnerability is due to an insecure usage of the sscanf() function when parsing login requests. A remote attacker can exploit this issue by sending a crafted login request to the affected server. Successful exploitation would allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on an affected system. |
