Who is Vulnerable?	IBM Forms Viewer 4.0 prior to 4.0.0.3 IBM Forms Viewer 8.0 prior to 8.0.1.1
Vulnerability Description	A stack buffer overflow vulnerability exists in IBM Forms Viewer. The vulnerability is due to an error when processing XFDL forms and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing a user to download and process a specially crafted XFDL file with the vulnerable software.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

Security Gateway R70 / R71 / R75 and above

In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the IBM Forms Viewer XFDL Form Processing Stack Buffer Overflow protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
Install policy on all modules.
