Who is Vulnerable?
Vulnerability Description A remote code execution vulnerability has been reported in Oracle Java Runtime Environment.The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of the selected file's default values size. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by enticing an unsuspecting user to open a web page containing a specially crafted Java applet. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Oracle Java FileDialog.Show Heap Buffer Overflow - Ver2 protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
