Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A heap buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Access. The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of the dataSize value. A remote attacker can exploit this issue by enticing a victim to open a specially crafted ACCDB (.accdb) file with a vulnerable version of the software. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability would allow for arbitrary code injection and execution with the privileges of the currently logged on user. |
