Who is Vulnerable? | AlienVault Unified Security Management prior to v5.1.1 |
Vulnerability Description | A remote code execution vulnerability has been reported in AlienVault Unified Security Management, specifically the av-forward service. The vulnerability is due to deserialization of objects from untrusted sources. A remote unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted serialized object. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution under the security context of the avforw user. |
