Vulnerability Description | An integer overflow vulnerability has been reported in Redis. This vulnerability is due to the vulnerable server incorrectly parsing specific Lua scripts. A remote authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted RESP message to the target server. Successful exploitation could trigger a buffer overflow which may result in arbitrary code execution in the security context of the Redis server process. |
