Who is Vulnerable? WordPress Advanced Custom Fields Extended plugin 0.9.0.5 to 0.9.1.1
Vulnerability Description A remote code execution vulnerability in WordPress Advanced Custom Fields Extended plugin allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code on the server by exploiting the prepare_form function, which improperly handles user input. This can be leveraged to inject backdoors or create new administrative user accounts.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the WordPress Advanced Custom Fields Extended Plugin Remote Code Execution (CVE-2025-13486) protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all Security Gateways.
