Vulnerability Description | Opera is a web browser and Internet suite developed by the Opera Software company. Opera handles common Internet-related tasks such as displaying web sites, sending and receiving e-mail messages, managing contacts, IRC online chatting, downloading files via BitTorrent, and reading web feeds. The application is capable of interpreting and rendering many types of Internet content. Opera is made available for Windows, Macintosh, Unix and Linux based platforms. There exists a buffer overflow vulnerability in Opera Software's Opera Web browser. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing the target user to open a malicious HTML document.
