Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | Microsoft Internet Explorer is the most widely used Internet browser. A remote code execution vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Internet Explorer. The vulnerability occurs when Internet Explorer displays a Web page that contains certain unexpected method calls to HTML objects, system memory may be corrupted in such a way that an attacker could execute arbitrary code. To trigger this issue, an attacker may create a malicious web page and persuade a user to view it. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability will crash the browser, allowing execution of arbitrary code on the vulnerable system. |
