Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | An information disclosure vulnerability has been reported in Novell Groupwise Messenger server. The vulnerability is due to a design flaw which allows users to determine the contents of an arbitrary memory address via certain parameters in HTTP post requests. A remote attacker may exploit this issue by sending a specially crafted HTTP request to the affected application. Successful exploitation of this issue would cause information disclosure or unexpected termination of the affected application. |
This protection will detect and block attempts to send malicious HTTP POST requests to the affected service.
