Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | An input validation vulnerability has been reported in the CA ARCserve Backup authentication service. The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) sent to the service. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted RPC call to the target. Successful exploitation would result in code execution with System level privileges. |
