Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported in Apple QuickTime. The vulnerability is due to insufficient bounds checking while parsing certain elements in TeXML files. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing a user to open a specially crafted TeXML file with the affected software. Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target. |
