Vulnerability Description | An information disclosure vulnerability exists when Windows Live Writer fails to properly handle a specially crafted URL. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could perform various actions on behalf of the logged-on user. These actions include the ability to overwrite files and reconfigure system proxy settings.A remote attacker can exploit this issue by enticing a target victim to open a specially crafted web page. |
