Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Apache Struts 2 web application framework. The vulnerability is due to insufficient input sanitization when running commands in "developer mode". A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to a vulnerable server. A successful attack attempt could result in the execution of arbitrary Java code, including the launching of OS commands. |
