Vulnerability Description | A memory corruption vulnerability has been reported in Oracle Java. The vulnerability is due to improper safeguards against object manipulation in stream writer callbacks from native code in com.sun.imageio.plugins.jpeg.JPEGImageWriter class.A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing the target user to visit a specially crafted web page. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability can allow execution of arbitrary code on a target system. |
