Who is Vulnerable? | Electric Sheep Fencing pfSense prior to 2.2.1 |
Vulnerability Description | A directory traversal vulnerability has been reported in Electric Sheep Fencing pfSense firewall. This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of the deletefile HTTP request parameter in "/system_firmware_restorefullbackup.php". By convincing an authenticated user to click on a crafted link, a remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability to delete arbitrary files on the target system with root privileges. |
