Vulnerability Description | A directory traversal vulnerability exists in Elastic Elasticsearch. The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation on a user-supplied path when a request is sent to access a snapshot repository. A remote, unauthenticated attacker could exploit the vulnerability by sending crafted packets to the target system. |
